I agree with you - but why and what is news about a "global specialty finance and M&A firm, to exploring potential synergistic acquisition opportunities" even news worthy about a company thats so promising?

GIGL PURE pump and fluff news IF this ceo really going to release this bogus news and thank this kind of news would move his stock and I don't thank he is this stupid but i might be wrong hope not for all these investors who are losing money but he might not be a very good CEO.
