GE hasn't done anything wrong ,
He even says publicly what he is planning on doing ,
If the SEC thought he was doing something illegally
They would halt the stock ,
It's the CEOs and Presidents of companies that get into trouble by the SEC because the don't
Don't say what the plan is or say one thing and do something else ,
GE is overly upfront about his plan , just do your Due Diligence and you can read it ,
It's public news he hasn't hidden anything or lied about anything,
If you do some Due Diligence you will see this to be true ,
Don't blame others or GE if your too lazy to sit and read about the companies plans .!
