i had come across this sometime ago...the issue with this is Hicks seems to be incarcerated and as yet has not been given a hearing on this i believe.
I do believe many of the things in there...i think Sakli, Canady, as well as Harris and company are likely all scams. You need to ask yourself when does on scam artist try to distance himself from another? I think when it is getting a bit hot...
