"..not sure if the level of participation SLJB is going to get here is understood.." >> what is being percieved here is that in the slow down of the US realestate market due to rising interest rates developers here in the states are forced to sit on projects longer which in turn slows turnover which in turn slows new construction which in turn reduces demand for building materials which in turn stagnates and/or reduces new construction material costs which in turn makes it easier for a EUR/UAE supplier with the ability to transport to obtain requested materials well below the over inflated UAE/EUR costs to help ease where supply is outstripping demand.. SLJB a supply hub with access in a recessing market to supply a special few under the cloak of helping all (Dubai depot) to undercut material cost allowing them to dominate the market.. looking for SLJB to be attach more then just a lumber mill going forward.. imo..
