your right, cause the airlines can show some prices are cheaper as well as some higher, and the fact they gave up routes and such to get the dept of justice approval. so they don't have to defeat AAL they have to defeat the DOJ, so good luck with that!! this should definitely be a summary judgement. not to mention, it would be nearly impossible to show damages for those individuals. you would have to prove your intention to fly and prove you would have paid less. come on summary judgement, they threw out cases that had much more merit
