But my estimates for Seroquel are coming in at $3M per quarter.

Fisherman, would you share with us as to how you came up with that??? what do you see Seroquel total sales will be once generic fully entrenched... what % of that market will MNK be able to capture in your estimate... and most specifically what %age royalties do you think will IPCI be entitled to??? and if you are utilizing Focalin #s to facilitate calculations... What %age royalty do you think IPCI is getting from PAR???
