I have seen many of these .0001 stocks... move over the years. It is generally on speculation, pump by some stock promotion website, or whatever, but it does happen. I know of one that recently has moved up to .0005 from .0001 on speculation. This is pinkie land, anything is possible. It may not be logical, but it is possible.
