Please let me know the last time Elite has did not hold a quarterly call. There is no reason to believe they will diverge from past practices.

There was no reason to believe Elite would STOP holding LIVE Q&As on their earnings call either, since they never did before. But guess what?? Elite DID STOP having LIVE Q&As on their earnings calls ever since the FDA issued them a CRL!! So theres no reason to believe Elite will continue ANY practice of past tradition, as Ive just pointed out

Companies don't announce a whole year of CC's all at once. We'll hear a specific date 1-2 weeks before the call when an 8-k is filed.

Almost exclusively, companies announce a specific earnings call date within days before it is held. IT is typically announced around the same day a company releases its earnings report and scheduled 1-3 business days subsequent, not with 1-2 weeks notice.

Also, companies are not required to file 8Ks to announce when their earnings call will be held and rarely, if ever, do.
