Absolutely, in fact, with all the gained interested from the PR about the Monaco conference (and the Monaco conference in general), as long as investors really know what they own and hold there shares tight (even if they don't OWCP will fly IMHO), OWCP can run to a new 52-week high at any moment. If (when) OWCP Breaks $1.10 this baby is gonna fly. Maybe not a new high tomorrow, maybe not Tuesday, but it's coming IMHO...
