place your bets... he hinted at it and then confirmed a us carrier earlier today. Why would he lie now? Remember earlier in the week he was capitolizing Dish and Direct and TV... then his post today says he checked and confirmed US Deal. Can't say more than that.. can he without it being on a PR?
