So the property isn't even owned by them? Oh my! I wonder if the public service commission has opportunity for public input and comment to make sure they look into what the CEO of VGGI has done to his investors here and the fact that pretty much none of his previous deals and promises (amid massive dilution and special preferred shares to him) have come to fruition.
