That 500mm share loan IS restricted with 144a a restrictions and leak out clauses.

Which states they can't sell more than 1% of the outstanding shares they have over a 3 month period.

Meaning- it'll take a while to "dump" those shares. Which, kinda negates the term dump.

Selling those shares would take over 2 years.
