It makes no sense to me. Apparently mcig pays nothing to incorporate them, according to les. But, they were never incorporated, it's an llc. Forming an llc is what you do in order to avoid personal liability without incorporating.

Rob Kressa was the owner of Grow Contractors Group from its formation in 2006. It was absorbed into mCig as a result of mCig's acquisition of Agri Contractors and is now Grow Contractors, Inc. Rob Kressa is now President of mCig's Construction and Consulting Division which includes Grow Contractors, Inc as a wholly owned subsidiary. Agri Contractors is in the process of being absorbed into Grow Contractors, Inc.

The web sites you cite showing Rob Kressa as owner of Grow Contractors Group (a different entity from Grow Contractors, Inc) were up long before mCig took over. They just haven't been updated or removed yet. Tardy but no lie.
