#16578 RE: ddbl_our_buck #16577

Israel Seed Partners was an investor in the "old" Finjan many years ago before they went public. It was stated during a recent Q&A that Israel Seed as a fund was at the end of its life and Finjan was the last remaining holding and they wished to wind down the fund.

There doesn't appear to be any consistent pattern to their selling. I would think that instead of selling in dribs and drabs they would negotiate a private sale with a new fund that sees the potential and has a longer time horizon. The selling mostly stopped so I believe some kind of a private sale of their shares or a buyout may very well be in negotiations at this time.

Time will tell. I bought another 10K today at $1.81. I have my issues with management and IR, but I won't let it get in the way of making money. I believe something big is in the works. At a $40M market cap there is virtually no downside and huge upside potential. Good luck.
