Has NS said anything about the long-term plans for Tri Way? I do not understand the need for all the money. If they receive 150 million in pre-IPO + cash flow then it should be enough to build AF5. What are the plans for the money from the IPO (250 million)?
I've heard from several that Solomons ability to run the company financial wise is a joke. And that he is really stubborn and doesn't really listen to others. He's been doing uncountable big mistakes, mistakes that could have helped the company in a really good way. And that he doesn't understand that if you are shareholder friendly company and if you have control of the money you will get a higher SP and less dilution and are able to get loans. Siaf was a hair from bankrupt when ECAB went in. Nisse isn't that positive to siaf anymore either, just take a look at the last statement. Kinda like "if you only look at the figures it looks good". Im a bit worried that we will be seeing more dilution soon. Especially now when ECAB pulling the plug.
