3 additional patients was 20% more than when interim results were reported. Quite the difference in this small trial. It's not like they added 3 more patients to a 300 person trial. I'm with you on wanting to know why the drop if there was significant reason but unfortunately we will just have to wait. It could be something, it could be nothing. Your assumption, it seems, is that it is something and they know but are deliberately withholding the information. If that is the case you obviously don't trust management and probably shouldn't invest here regardless of what the results are. Distrust in management is not good. Either way we will find out the full scope of the trial fairly soon. I hope your questions are answered. Maybe try contacting IR if you don't want to wait until June.
