News of a R/S would most certainly not be good news. Nor would news of an SEC suspension.

And come to think of it, the news of Cossins and Hauser coming on board was thought at first to be good news but proved otherwise. Now, news of these other two coming on board isn't proving to be such good news, either.

In fact, since the stock is currently as low as it can possibly go without a R/S, being NO BID, what news have they ever put out that's proven to be good?
