I heard the same BS at .06 prior to the RUN to 97.

The stock will run again and the start will come with positive BE data by Mid May!!

Then again, many have been stuck with huge capital losses in Elite



Additionally, many have averaged down multiple times and are forced to hope things work out instead of selling, which is an admission of failure and miscalculation.... which is a characteristic lacking in most penny stock investors according to an analysis done by MIT on the topic.

Whether we're talking about socks or stocks, I like buying quality merchandise when it is marked down.
