Er, imo, no it doesn't and quite unfair. But I think we're getting carried away here now.

KIKU, calm down son. Friday's close wasn't "great or nice" because there was profit taking from investors who have been here a long time, back when it was trading at .0001-2...they saw a profit and took it. That kind of investor behavior is to be expected after a run-up such as this stock experienced on Thursday and the uncertainty of the 8K filings. However the close was not "insane" either, it closed in double O's after the profit taking, which is an indicator that it will sustain that level of trading or better. Filing of 8K is not a simple process, there are deadlines, what to include, what to leave out, etc, it takes time. I look for it to happen soon. The only concern here, and it seems minimal, is the CEO's abundance of tweets and messaging...doesn't he have work to do? So KIKU, sit down, relax, have a Coke and smile.
