The fact that there posting on there website, about the upcoming 510(k) submission to the FDA, to commercialize the iTBra is a huge deal, and tells me they are still making good.

This is a non evasive, and minimal risk product, which falls under the class 1 with the FDA. Sometimes they are exempt from the 510(k), but need to be manufactured under a quality assurance program.

Class 1
-Suitable for intended use.

-Manufactured under quality assurance program.

-Adequate packaging and labeling.

-Registration of the manufacturing site/establishment.

-Device listing.

-Good manufacturing process.

You've been here for 15 years ?
That's very hard to believe first off .
Anyway your question
What will LLBO control ??
How about this
They control Cyrcadia-
They (LLBO/us) are largest shareholder of Cyrcadia
They (majority LLBO holders) control the Cyrcadia board .
LLBO makes the decisions
After everything I just told you
Do you Honestly think majority LLBO holders
that control Cyrcadia will give themselves a smaller piece of the pie ?

I remember your name
looks like you lost your old account-
also remember you bringing up dooms day scenarios in the past,
Which i get ,I've been their .
I have a feeling no matter how good the answer is you will never be happy especially after this week .

Answer upon you question is simple:

12.67 million shares Cyrcadia. Legally confirmed.

Estimated OS Cyrcadia by that time I counted on 35.17M

So LLBO owns 36%

Jim Holmes owns 5,6% of LLBO so owns indirectly 2% of Cyrcadia.

2% of 1 billion is $20.000.000

I think mr Holmes would be very pleased with that.
