No one knows if Bertolino is point man on partnership talks. This weeks events suggest Leo has retained more control than we'd hoped for. Their were no games or conspiracies this week. Frustrated investors sold shares. Credibility, trust, and follow through are paramount on the OTC. Uncle Leo took a credibility hit this week. Ashcroft is done with ctix. We'll need another hero to save ctix.
