ISBG owns the "Besado" trademark. But that trademark describes (http://tsdr.uspto.gov/documentviewer?caseId=sn78927073&docId=S0820170228163033#docIndex=2&page=1) a product that isn't consistent with the way the US Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau and the Mexican government define "tequila" and doesn't provide a specimen of the current product (http://tsdr.uspto.gov/documentviewer?caseId=sn78927073&docId=SPE20170228163033#docIndex=1&page=2). If the USPTO catches on to that it might be a problem.
