100% agreed!! So big deal the 8-k did not come out today.. Lawyers and filing takes time!!! Besides that our CEO is a man of his word!!! His track record and his past history proves that !!! Lawyering and administration of the 8-k is in the other peoples hands. Anyone who dealt with this in their lifetime should understand!!! Believe it NSAV is going to pennies!!!

I've learned some time ago that BASHERS sometimes have a point or three and know things, sometimes, that the "longs" disregard in their desire for wealth. Pay attention to them, sometimes.

Also, "The squeaky wheel gets the grease" is another axiom to pay attention to. Those who complain, often, have a point that should be addressed.

Praising a CEO no matter what he says and no matter if he breaks a PROMISE/GUARANTY is wrong. And saying "I Promise/Guaranty" means something to most and not to fulfill that "Promise/Guaranty" usually isn't good.
