Good post. This still smells of bullshit, but at least they acknowledged that they fkd up. I am still holding all my shares, but updates via Twitter were a red flag from jump. Think about it for a minute.....if u are sitting on a huge JV and a celebrity endorser, why in the f do u need to tweet about it ahead of time? The market will react when u release that those deals are actually finalized.
I am pissed that I bought this much higher against my better judgment. I had a bunch of powder and I was Jonseing for a new play.....my mistake for not following my typical investment principles.
At this point, I don't really give a f*ck if they close the deal or not cuz I need a loss to offset my YTD capital gains.....so I'll ride it all the way to trips or they'll prove me wrong and execute on these bullshit tweets.
Sorry for the rant, Gents....I am honestly not even mad at the company....I'm pissed at myself because I am too good to fall for this bullshit....I was riding an incredible hot streak and was feeling myself too much....a humbling experience to say the least.
Glad my other plays are performing....I won't make this mistake again....
I sincerely hope we rebound here, but again this smells like shit....
