Well, the Payne dismissal turned out to be and IMO goes a long way towards rebuilding his reputation with shareholders. I believe he learned his lesson from announcing things before they were actually finanlized and that the news coming will be significant.
I glad there is doubt here. IMO it will cause the stock to go even higher when his tweets actually come true. It's also nice to see that there aren't a ton of pumpers on this board and it is still relatively quiet.
