This is all I wanted to see .... just some acknowledgment that they missed the time frame they said they'd announce the major updates.

Deals hit snags and can often take some time so I get it. Just don't say you're going to do something then leave folks in the dark when you can't. Had they announced this snag mid-week the PPS may have taken an even bigger dip, so maybe after hours on Friday was for the best.
