A/S is just authorized shares, they are not diluting... OS is still intact. 2.1 billion O/S... SFO AS is 5 billion... they haven't diluted since January 2016... they don't need to and this company either...

Guess why? MONEY IN HAND... they can pay off all their debt when 1 catalyst and recent money... BVTK now is INSIDE a $20 billion contract... why is it so hard to understand and to invest? I3 already has NASA contracts...!!!
