Very unlikely. What is more probable is that the delay in filing was caused by extra work involved in adjusting all numbers for reverse split, as well as conversion of all preferred shares into commons.
I expect to see the filing next week.
The trading has looked great lately - no dumping at all and an extremely thin ask, as confirmed by 40% increase today on small volume. If company manages to attract volume, the PPS will skyrocket fast.
