Frankly, the ONLY thing I care about right now is for an 8-K being filed and published (if "published" is the correct word for it). That is it!

And it's not because I care about an 8-K ITSELF but because of what James said about a "promise" and "guaranty" about them THIS WEEK. To me THAT 8-K is the most important thing right now.

After the 8-K is made public I will breathe easier and get concerned with other stuff here.

And I know others are concerned about it also as some seem to be hammering him with emails and tweets.
