Expand that same chart to a 5 year chart and you'll see where BIEI was at over 2.5 around March 2014. Anyone know what the OS count was back then?

I'm not a chart expert, but isn't that handle starting to look a little druppy?
I don't know if that means anything, but to me, it is starting to break the formation that your speaking of.
I just started rethinking this whole chart thing because of what georgie18 posted to me. Before, I rarely looked past spotting what the basic trend looked like to me.
Heck, maybe, this is one of those old fashion tea cups that had a two finger handle. That must mean hold on for dear life. lol
