I believe that John and Eric are killing this friggin company. I don't think they have a friggin clue!!! This is pathetic and they have no ideal how to reverse the downward spiral. They are doing a lot for this company. They just aren't doing it in the time that is pleasing to you. Since September, they have uplisted, retired shares, and are making plans for the NASDAQ. Ok, so a disgruntled dude wants to bring a frivolous lawsuit because he is angry? This crap happens all the time in corporate America. Maybe they can't comment on the company activity so fae It will be dismissed.

I have full confidence in this board. Sold shares won't last in the market too long. You know, it wouldn't surprise me if the company were to buy back these few shares that have been sold.
