When they stopped reporting to the SEC things seemed to fall off the face of the earth at that point. However, if you look at the history since then it seem to come alive every now and then on what one can only assume as rumor that something is about to happen. That is just a guess as I have not seen any news, post or anything that would justify the sudden jumps. I have made several attempts to reach someone at the company to discuss the stock but have been unsuccessful thus far.
