It's all semantics and interpretation of "selling" and "sold." If I'm selling my car it's not sold until someone comes up with the cash. Then, it's a sale. Curaegis is selling watches but until they collect some cash they haven't sold any. We don't know anything until they file an 8K or DK does a CEO update.
