I just dont think its imperative on either US Foods or IVFH to get the deal done by the 11th. Like I said everything would continue as is while they work out the details of the new contract. I am quite confident we will get a new contract I dont even worry about that. I am more focused on how Sam puts his self proclaimed financial genious to the current financing issues of IVFH. We believed from the beginning this man had the exp and connections to make a positive change in the financing structure. That story will soon be told and its important
