chewbacca333, there are Minimum Quotation Size Requirements For OTC Equity Securities. For MRIB and every OTC stock priced between $0.0001–0.0999, the MINIMUM quotation size is 10,000.

Market makers do not have to show their true order book. They might show any size while having much larger orders for sale.

Btw, about two weeks ago, there was over 100M shares of MRIB sell Volume in a single session, with VNDM showing right at 1M on the offer. Yet at least 63M Million of that sell volume was from a block position - I wouldn't call that inactive.

Margrit has been issuing shares even while MRIB has been dormant.
