Kyle should have mentioned a recovery permit......in

some capacity as it relates to Melbourne Beach. He keeps saying they're on the wreck but he doesn't mention what wreck they've found.

Did they obtain a recovery permit? Kyle said they have all they need.

Will/did they apply for a recovery permit? If so, why didn't Kyle reveal that?
