Because Genentec bought Tercica right before the trial,and Insmed was way out gunned,and the trial was in SF., Which is DNA`s home turf,so Insmed did`nt have a prayer on a trial that should`ve gone their way. I`m still hoping something is brought back on the table with Iplex when it becomes free of the settlement,which is in October,if Insmed still owns any of the rights for Iplex.
