Jim, considering that a significant amount of time and energy has been spent by both trying to sway investors in Niocorp into MIN so they could profit is no surprise that the stock has increased. I'm guessing they are taking profit from MIN reaping the benefits of the old pump and dump, bash and buy. Small cap stocks can be manipulated by a handful of investors with large positions. I don't believe Niocorp will be a small cap company for much longer and those tactics won't work when Niocorp is held by larger institutional investors. JMHO
