I Like what the company is Doing as Well.
I am sure in near future government will see the need for OCLN products.

Also, this is The Only penny Stock that has Been Holding the price very well, not Dumping to to 0.01 prices..

I Will give a A+ to CEO, and it is a Buying opportunity at these prices
