Granting the application is pro-forma (virtually automatic) but it can take up to 2 weeks to remove a stop sign. Whereas a yield sign is removed as soon as filings are up to date such as MMEX. He went and met w/ OTC to ensure he had the paperwork in correct form and to attempt to expedite the approval. I have called OTC and they advised that the application for access was under review. I really do not think the stop sign is that big of a deal, at least not to me but I guess it matters if you have certain brokers.
