That is what Matt Dwyer does lie cheat and steal. Rinse and repeat dividend was never going to happen. He did the same thing with another ticker BC#P, he doesn't do business he does fraud!!! Tried to warn people here but posts were deleted instead. Why the feds haven't done something with this con artist is beyond me. He should be the star of an episode of American Greed. GLTA EXAD investors. You will need it.
