Benny bought ComicGenesis from Crosby, but I'm not sure what IP came with it. Other than that, IP was bought from both Campiti and Benny for Z-shares.

Crosby had settled $75,0000 worth of debt for Z-shares at this time. I'm not sure why Northbridge wasn't able to buy this debt from Crosby. Or, why Crosby didn't exchange all the other debt for Z shares. It's a mystery.
