I was thinking the PR might be about combating Lou Gherig's Disease....ALS was brought Back into the Public Light with the Famous " Ice Bucket Challenge " whose goal is to bring awareness to research towards the rapid deterioration of strength and coordination.

"ALS" (Lou Gherigs Disease) is more common in men than women, and those involved in contact sports...

Of course Neurology expands much further than helping suffering Lou Gherigs Disease patients , but hopefully the Spectrum/NOHO team will focus on reinvigorating the attention it so widely deserves.
