Some of these news events are disconcerting and as you noted I am still bothered by the dilution, though the market has not reacted negatively to it so there may be some silver lining to it. There was recently a filing indicating Xingping owns 1020000 shares. I believe that is intentionally less than 10% of the company OS so I don't think he is an insider though as a Director of the company I think the share count may be irrelevant and there'd have to be an SEC filing if he truly had 0 shares. That might be an error?
While we all need some of these milestones to happen I'd rather have this quiet period than fluff PRs. It tells me they may actually be close to closing deals rather than buying time with events that don't raise shareholder value.
I think the next event will be who is producing the fuel for Norway and I have a gut feeling it could come by the end of May. Further the producer of that fuel is most likely going to be Areva. If that were the case likely a JV and the test fuel schedule would be announced at once. That is the best case scenario. Worst case and unfortunately somewhat more likely is that we have to continue this painful and dubious wait with no real proof that there is any meat on the bones with this stock. We need more than vague noncommittal promises of milestones and market interest. We have been strung along for years with exciting forward looking statements, deadlines missed, but replaced with no deadlines that are tantalizingly close. I pysch myself out with this stock a lot and want to close my position but I hold for some reason.
