lets get 51% of the outstanding common shareholders together and lets add things to the ballot and get what we want out of BOX

stop being sheeps at just letting the BOD put their own agendas on the ballots

we owe it to ourselves

you can officially request him to put Stephen Chu on the Proxy Ballots to make it more official
he has requested to be put on the Ballot but its hard to tell if this is a hostile board or not & they may try to avoid Stephen Chu having a chance at the seat on BOD

just put on your email request to Mike Mason per above email address as the subject " Request to BOX board of directors to put Stephen Chu on Proxy Ballot as the subject"

then ask Mike Mason to forward your request to the Board of Box Ships

when you get your Proxy statement if you have time notify me so I will make sure people don't miss voting against the Box Boards actions
