Thank goodness for those multi year permits issued to PTOI by the NYSDEC in the summer of 2014 .
If PTOI had to run a test every year for a permit, they would have had nothing to test after the processors broke down 6 months after the permit was issued.
This scam is too funny

They are not considered nothing.....They are just considered routine since just about any business in NY that produces emissions must have them.

Every paint shop, cabinet shop, or any business that makes exhaust must get them.

They are issued by the thousands and are really nothing special.
