It's a strong company, showing a strong, increasing profit. They have a pending name change and some debt that can be collected in cheap (.001) shares if not paid on time. They are currently listed under a software company with a pending name change that will put them in the correct sector. There is some debate as to whether the debt is being paid in cash or shares depending on who you listen to. Most of us here are long and positive. There are a couple of shorts that do not claim there position but prefer to bash the company to deter investors. There are some good pins worth reading.
