Endexx has a licensing and partnership agreement with The Mad Hatter only.

Millenium Products has their own product called Third Eye Chai which they have sold since 2010. Millenium Products has the trademark rights to the word mark "Third Eye Chai".

You can be sure that Millenium Products is not going to allow another company in the tea space to use the same exact name that they have been already using for 7 years.
