Thank you for these excellent document links. They actually alleviated my greatest fear, which was whether or not Bell Buckle Holdings Inc actually owned Bell Buckle Country Store, Inc. And I found my definitive answer in your document link...

"Bell Buckle Country Store, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bell
Buckle Holdings, Inc. and prior years financial statements reflect
operations run solely under the subsidiary."

Been trying to tell these people about these peoples past, but nobody would listen. Now the share price is heading right back where it belongs, .0001. You try to help people by sharing your experiences with these sub-penny fraud stocks and all they think is your trying to steel there shares. I feel sorry for anyone who purchased this POS for .0004 and up and is still holding. The only way you’re going to get your money back is now to hold for a long time and hope for another successful pump & dump. Those who purchased shares over .001, sell now and take your loss because it most likely will never see those levels again. GLTA
