The Company knows EXACTLY what was going on. Many companies suspended by the SEC for fraud claim they are innocent and don't know what happened, but it is NEVER true.
The SEC has 5 years to file charges against the people perpetrating the fraud in this stock. By the time the SEC and/or DOJ do file charges, most of the shareholders are long gone and forgot about the stock, so they never learn how they were really scammed.
